While we were teaching English in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam we had a 4-day holiday weekend, so we took a trip up to Da Lat and Nha Trang in the central region of Vietnam. In Da Lat there are tons of waterfalls and beautiful nature sights to see. We even visited a green tea farm that had incredible views of al the surrounding mountains.
Plus down in Ho Chi Minh, the weather is honestly unbearable. It's SO hot and humid. But in the central region the weather is amazing. No humidity and a nice comfortable, cool temperature.
In this video, I'm taking you with me on a weekend trip from Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) to Da Lat in Vietnam! Da Lat is in central Vietnam and a very doable weekend trip from Ho Chi Minh. It has a much cooler climate than Saigon and less humidity. It's also filled with greenery and mountains everywhere! It's an amazing thing to do Vietnam.
